How it works
Using JerseyFlow takes four steps. Below you'll find how the process flows from both the business's and the ordering customer's point of view.
Four steps
1. Subscribe
You create a subscription request. The request is reviewed; when approved, your account is opened and you're notified by email. Once the account is open, you get access to your dashboard.
2. Set up your page
From the dashboard you pick a template and add your logo and contact details. With a few settings, your business's dedicated order page is ready to go live.
3. Direct your customers
You share the link to your order page with your customers. The customer picks their jersey, enters the roster, and submits the order. The process runs through a single, orderly channel.
4. Pull the order into the app and print
You pull the incoming order into the desktop app. Arriving with the design and roster, you prepare it for print, nest it, and send it to production.
On the business side
- Orders are collected in one place; the phone and WhatsApp clutter ends.
- Roster details arrive complete and in writing; the risk of wrong numbers and sizes drops.
- The process runs in the same flow from design to print.
- Waste optimization keeps your cost under control.
On the ordering customer side
- They view and pick the jersey from the business's dedicated page.
- They enter player names, numbers, and sizes themselves.
- They submit the order in a few minutes; no back-and-forth messaging.
- No payment is taken on the site; payment and delivery run with the business.
